There are 4 different user levels on our platform:
1. New User
A new user can create their own plant but is unable to make changes to parameters etc.
2. Installer
A installer can create a new plant, edit all parameters and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customers user level so they can access certain or all settings / parameters.
3. Approved Installer
An approved installer can create a new plant, edit all parameters and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customers user level so they can access certain or all settings / parameters.
In addition to this, approved installers can also push updates and upgrades to their customers inverters.
4. Advanced User
A advanced user can create a new plant, edit all parameters and share plants. However. they do not have access to the upgrade feature and are unable to access the “customer” portal, this is were installers can set users permissions.
